Life happens. cars crash, we forget pre-existing appointments, and people depart from our lives. When life hits you and you can't make your appointment, please call (716) 983-1462 and cancel your appointment because it allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Late Arrivals:
If your running late for your session and have to reschedule it please call (716) 983-1462. Your appointment can easily be moved to a different time or different day to avoid any conflict with following appointments that day.
